This website, shestopsscrolls.com (the "Site"), is operated by Apex Unity Brands LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as She Stops Scrolls ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 800 North King St., Wilmington, DE 19801. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide directly. When you complete the questionnaire on the Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business website, and estimated monthly advertising spend. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information you enter there, including your name, email, and the meeting time you select.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect certain information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookie identifiers. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure advertising performance; this involves sharing event data (such as page views, form submissions, and call bookings) with Meta Platforms, Inc., along with identifiers such as cookie values, your IP address and browser information, and hashed versions of your email address and phone number. Hashing means the raw value is converted into a code before transmission; Meta uses it for matching, measurement, and ad delivery purposes as described in Meta's own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business: Netlify (website hosting and form processing), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare (domain and network services), Google (web fonts), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement and delivery, as described above). These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Our use of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
Email. Every marketing email we send tells you how to opt out: reply with "unsubscribe" (or simply ask us to stop) and we will remove you promptly, and in any case within 10 business days.
Cookies and ad tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also limit Meta's use of your data through your Facebook ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising generally at optout.aboutads.info.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing." To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will verify your request using the email address associated with your information and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We keep questionnaire and booking information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a legitimate business need, and then delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion at any time using the contact below.
We use reputable service providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted prominently on the Site.
